Mark Kassinos
Director | Filmmaker
Mark Kassinos is a filmmaker and creative guide from Larnaca, Cyprus. For him, storytelling has always been more than craft, it is a way of noticing the little things, of making sense of beauty and of giving shape to meaning in our lives.
His films, documentaries, and brand work combine a strong cinematic aesthetic with emotion-driven storytelling, always grounded in a human perspective. In 2016 he co-founded Thelum, and later JUNO12, a studio built on the belief that content should not chase trends, but carry authenticity, depth, and resonance.
Having navigated the tension between artistic vision and the demands of business, Mark knows how easy it is for creatives to lose focus in a world of noise, distraction, and endless performance. Alongside filmmaking, he offers creative consultation and coaching: quiet, intentional spaces where individuals can reconnect with their vision, refine their voice, and create work and lives that feel purposeful.

NEWS
Mark Kassinos’ latest short film ‘ACCEPTANCE’ has won the Second Prize for Best Cypriot Short at the International Short Film Festival of Cyprus.
“This film presents a local and specific theme that resonates on a global scale thanks to its very thoughtful take on the subject of displacement. Being very sensitive to its subjects, human and animal alike, it shows how society doesn't make space for people trying to live a different kind of life. For being a beautiful testament to resilience we award the 2nd prize for Best Cypriot Short..”
“You’re never going to kill storytelling, because it’s built in the human plan. We come with it.”
— Margaret Atwood
